Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast Policies

Reservations and Deposits
Advanced reservations are recommended. Deposits of one-half of the stay are required to confirm the reservation. Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash are gladly accepted.

Arrival and Departure
Although we prefer arrival time between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm and departure time before 11:00 am, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate our guest’s schedule. For early or late arrivals please call in advance to make arrangements.

Smoking
For the comfort of our Bed & Breakfast guests, this is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is allowed outside in the deck and yard areas. If you chose to smoke, please be courteous to our other guests.

Pets
We have brother and sister cats, "Jake" and "Salem". Jake is very friendly, Salem is very reserved. Most of the time they will not be seen; however, they occasionally strut through the common areas of the B&B. Please let us know if their presence will impose any problems for you. Because we have Jake and Salem on the premise, we do not accommodate pets of our quests.

Children
For the comfort of our guests, children over the age of 10 are welcome.

Additional Guests in the Room
Our rates are based on single or double occupancy. All our rooms are large enough to accommodate third person for an additional $20/night.

In-ground Pool
In season our in-ground pool is maintained by a Certified Pool Operator and CPR registered innkeeper. There is no life guard on duty and children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area at all times. Pool hours are from 8:00 am until sunset.

Cobblestone Cottage is a member of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Harwich Chamber of Commerce, and Harwich Accommodations Association.
